About Origin Sweets:
Origin Sweets is a small business run by a young couple from South of Chile based in New Zealand.
Design process
The successful execution of this project unfolded in two distinctive stages, each playing a pivotal role in achieving our client's vision. Our initial step involved establishing a strong connection with our clients, delving into their aspirations, and comprehending their unique requirements. This phase allowed us to not only grasp their desires but also to foster a strong client-designer collaboration, ensuring a shared vision for the project.
With these insights in hand, we embarked on the second phase, which was centered around crafting a logo that would not merely represent our client's brand but also encapsulate the essence of a truly iconic and breathtaking South American landscape - the awe-inspiring Patagonia. This remarkable logo was meticulously designed to pay homage to the remarkable natural beauty of this region, ensuring it would serve as a visual beacon for the brand. It's essential to highlight that the final logo had a special purpose – to grace the packaging of one of the most beloved and cherished confections in Chile and Argentina, the delectable Alfajor. The confluence of artistry, cultural significance, and confectionery excellence was artfully intertwined in the logo, creating a symbol that would undoubtedly resonate with consumers and evoke a sense of delight associated with the Patagonian landscape.
